When do I get my tracking number? 

All tracking numbers will be available once the item arrives in the destination country. Once the item arrives, we will be able to send you relevant updates including those with your tracking number.


Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we ship worldwide! 


Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels? 

Usually, we do split large orders into multiple parcels. Do not worry if you only receive part of your order in one parcel. The rest is on its way! 


How long will my order take to deliver? 

Your order should take between 20 to 40 business days to arrive at your doorstep once it is shipped. After your order has been placed, you will receive an email regarding your parcel tracking information within 5-10 days.

You can use the Order Tracking page to track your parcel all the way to your doorstep. For some countries, shipping may take longer than usual (e.g., Italy who usually holds orders at customs for longer periods of time). This means that in special cases, parcels can potentially be delivered up to 49 days after an order has been placed. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, we are not liable for these kinds of government delays. 


Will I have to pay any customs fees? 

Customers have never emailed us to say that they have had to pay a customs fee. Based on our experience, we are quite confident that customs fees will not be required for your order. However, if for some reason a customs fee is required, it is not the seller's responsibility to pay it.


What are my payment options? 

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.   


What are my delivery options? 

We currently only offer one FREE standard shipping option. 


How secure is your site? 

At, we take your security very seriously. We process all payments using the Stripe payment gateway which verifies each payment to prevent fraud. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.


Can I change my order? 

We work quickly to process orders as soon as possible to ensure fast and efficient delivery times. You can change your order as much as you like before clicking the “Complete Order,” button. However, you will be unable to make amendments to your order after this point. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring your order details are correct and complete before submitting them to 


Where is my order? 

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. This can take between 1-7 business days after we receive your order. 


When will I receive my parcel? 

It will take between 15-40 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Depending on different country’s customs restrictions, this may take longer (we wish this wasn't the case!). US orders usually arrive within 20 business days. 


Can I return or exchange an item? 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for the same item, send us an email at We will let you know where to send your return.

To return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
  2. Once your return is received, you will either receive a refund or your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost to you.


What if I received a faulty item?
